O-ring Installation Considerations

First, install the O-ring (O -type rubber seals ) requirements
O-ring during installation (O type rubber seals ) , check the following:

(2) whether the burr diameter surface contamination ;
3 seals and parts have been greased or lubricating fluid ( dielectric elastomer to ensure compatibility , it is recommended to use a liquid to lubricate the seal ) ;
4 not use greases containing solid additives , such as molybdenum disulfide, zinc sulfide .
Second, manually install the O-ring (O -type container seals) :
1 using a tool no sharp edges ;
(2) ensure that the O-ring (O -type rubber seals ) do not distort , not excessive stretching O-ring (O -type rubber seals ) ;
3 Try to use the auxiliary tool to install O-ring (O -type rubber seals ) , and to ensure correct positioning ;
4 For sealing strip with adhesive into the O-ring (O -type rubber seals ) , not in the joints stretched.
Third, the mounting screws , splines , etc.
1 When the O-ring (O -type security seal labels) After stretching through screws, splines , keyways , etc. , you must use the installation mandrel . The mandrel may be a softer , smooth metal or plastic , do not have sharp edges or burrs .
2 Install clamping screws , tighten the screws should be symmetrical , not according to the direction of tightening sequence .
