Water pump mechanical seal Precautions

Water pump mechanical seal device , if used improperly installed metal ring seals can be easily damaged ,tamper evident tape causing the pump does not absorb water , the water shortage and other faults.
Therefore, use should note the following:
1, using the former must add enough water to prevent dry friction .
2 , If the pump is leaking from the pulley side , should immediately identify the cause and add oil.
3 , try not to smoke silt , weeds and more water .
4 , the impeller thin wall easily broken , if demolition should gently pry the impeller .
5 , check the rubber quality, installation is best dip .
6 , rotating bearing body , pull tight seal checking static ring and shaft with the gap , should be uniform . Such as static deflection ring installation should be corrected immediately.
Ready to clear the overflow hole , to prevent water from entering the bearing , diluted lubricant .
