Working principle of the reactor mechanical seal

Usually the reactor has four mechanical seal sealing surface, i.e.:
(A) the reaction vessel sealing device between the stationary ring and the seat, the reactor is a static seal,nylon cable tie the gasket may be sealed using the general;
(2) the reactor stationary ring seal between the stationary ring seat and also the static sealing the reactor, usually flexible secondary seal to prevent leakage;
(3) reactor ring and shaft (or sleeve) between the seal, which is a relatively stationary seal used "O"-ring to seal. The above three seals are static seals, you can take measures to prevent leakage;
(4) Reactor moving between relatively rotating ring and stationary ring seal, are dynamic seal, is to rely on a spring loading device and media pressure on the opposite operation, resulting in the ring and stationary ring contact surface (end) on a suitable compression force,container seals so that the two smooth, flat end face close fit between the end face of maintaining an extremely thin fluid film (This film plays a role in balancing the pressure and lubrication end face) to achieve sealing purposes.
